I didn't find the visio stencil file specifically for Avamar, but you may check this EMC Graphics stencil file :

On powerlink , go to Home > Support > Product and Diagnostic Tools > Visio Stencils > EMC Graphics Stencil

In addition to the EMC Graphics Stencils, You can use the EMC-Racks stencils as well, there is some on VisioCafe. Also check this document for backup and recovery visio diagrams, it may be useful as well.

I too was looking for Visio Stencils.

It seems the graphics package is full of very nice, 3d visio drops ins but nothing i would call a Visio Stencil. Its nice to have an actual image of the products in use front and back, like so many of the other companies do, of the Kit EMC offers out.  To have an actual Visio stencil of an Avamar Component that i can put in a rack layout diagram and then pull out cable layouts and interconnectivity for would be nice. Seems alot of companies dont quite see this as something most people want these days.... bring out a new piece of hardware and have a visio stencil in the product blurb why not?

Since Powerlink is gone I'm also looking for Visio Stencils for EMC based products. I haven't found much on support.emc.com yet.

Specifically Avamar stencils right now.

Strangely enough, this is the only thing I've needed to contact Support about.  There are other threads on the Community asking for the same file.  I opened an SR and support emailed me a Visio stencil in less than 5 minutes.  All other EMC stencils are easily downloadable from support.emc.com.  Just enter "Visio Stencil" in the search pane:

When you get your results, filter by "Support Tools" and you'll have a full list of all the stencils available:

Unfortunately, it's more than 90 days old, so I can't pull it up in my history.

Literally, I just opened an SR with the serial number of my Avamar grid and titled it "User Requesting Avamar Gen 4S Stencil". Hopefully, it will work for you, too!
