Scott,

There are various engineering escalations which contain similar messages to those reported below.

In order to narrow down the scope of the issue it would be wise to upgrade the client software to the current release (5.0.106-28) if it isn't already.

If you have to upgrade the client and the error messages persist then, since it's a FATAL error, open a support case so that the root cause of the message can be investigated.  This should confirm whether you're running into a known issue or some new behaviour.

Hope that provides some useful direction

Thanks Nick.

Case logged, EMC are on it. unfortunitaly i can't just go upgrading.

I am in a controlled environment. If i could then i would upgrade the

whole show.

Hey Scott,

Has there been any word from EMC on the resolution to this issue?

Thanks

Hello Scott,

Did you ever resolve this issue?

I'm have the same errors right after our Avamar grid was upgraded to 6.1.  I've tried uninstalling an reinstalling the Avamar agents on the client but no luck.

Thanks.
