If the error message like "Command failed (3 errors, exit code 10003: Lock error: Process already running or error creating local lock file"
The problem may causde by Multiple avtar processes are running and locking the f_cache.dat file or there is potential corruption in the f_cache.dat file which prevents the writing of the file header.
The resolution for this issue, you can login the backup client and follow up the guide to check the avtar process:
If an old avtar job is found running in task manager it may be manually stopped via task manager or by rebooting the server.
If there are no old avtar jobs running, delete the f_cache.dat file so it may be recreated on the client. Follow the below steps to delete the f_cache.dat file.
Stop the Backup Agent Service
Delete the f_cache.dat file.
Start the Backup Agent Service.
If the problem not related that error, you may paste the more detail log information for further investigation.
