there is a built in Failed report you an see in the GUI

and you can use Profiles to setup a profile that runs that report and emails it to you.

I have 3 Profiles setup to run built in reports and mail them to me either daily or weekly.

DPA can also be used for a daily Failed report.

(sorry I do not know if the jar can do it)
