I know a process and it is....


you must log in with user dpn

su - dpn
ssh-agent bash
ssh-add ~/.ssh/dpnid
export SYSPROBEUSER=root

then you have to run

asktime

then you can follow the instructions there

If you type "export SYSPROBEUSER=root" you are saying the mapall commands should be run as root on the storage nodes. There is no need for this. asktime should be simply run as user dpn with the ssh keys loaded.

"mapall --all --parallel date" will simply show you the current time & date of all the Avamar nodes and confirm that they are time synchronised
