EMC,
Our db2 online database backups are failing with the below error.
SQL2062N An error occurred while accessing media
"/usr/local/avamar/lib/libdb2_avamarloader.so". Reason code: "265".
Any help or advice is appreciated.
Our db2diag.log showed the below.
Vendor error: rc = 17 returned from function sqluvend.

Searching the Avamar knowledgebase for "An error occurred while accessing media" we come up with the following search results
There are two articles in those results and the following one looks like it could be relevant.

Please take a look at that.
If you need more help after reviewing the article I'd suggest gathering the backup logs as described in KB 470483 and opening a service request with support
