File Server backup Exit Code 10019

Question

Hi guys, I have a File Server that i have been backing up with Avamar. The server disk size is about 2tb accross 4 drives. The server somtimes succeeds but mostly fails. It fails with the following error. PARTIAL Backup #21 timestamp 2011-03-15 05:00:07, 6,160,626 files, 770,397 folders, 2,463 GB (21,705 files, 2.227 GB, 0.09% new) 2011-03-15 05:00:07 avtar Info <6083>: Backed-up 2,463 GB in 659.98 minutes: 224 GB/hour (560,070 files/hour) 2011-03-15 05:00:25 avtar Info <7833>: Finished at 2011-03-15 05:00:25 AUS Eastern Daylight Time, Elapsed time: 0011h:00m:17s 2011-03-15 05:00:25 avtar Info <8418>: Sending wrapup message to parent 2011-03-15 05:00:25 avtar Info <5314>: Command failed (exit code 10019: Externally cancelled by Administrator) 2011-03-15 05:00:25 avtar Warning <5887>: Possible Windows Domain Controller issue: Windows Security ID lookups: Good: 4054 in 15.56 secs = 3.8ms avg, Bad: 1622 in 49.52 = 30.5ms avg I am trying to find out more about the Windows domain Controller issue listed in the log. Is anyone able to shed any light on this? Thanks in Advance.

Did you check that your servers are NTP syncronized, or at least have same time?
