Folks,

Seeing an issue with decreased number of passes in daily GC run's. GC is running, but instead of the normal 12-15 passes 3 - 5 days a week, and then 2 - 3 days of 30+ passes, we're now not getting past 10, max,  for the past couple weeks.

We pinged support, and their recommendation was, "Increase your maintenance window." Seeing as how the maintenance window is already set at 12 hours, and we have schedules/replication inbound during the other 12, that doesn't quite flow. Pre 7.x, there was an option to increase the duration of the blackout window to give GC more time.

With that no longer being an option, can another avamar config variable be tweaked to extend GC?  Or can some kind EMC'er pass along the magical incantation to get the ticket to the correct team? (not calling anyone out by name, but you know who you are... )
