Is Avamar Backup Plug-in for SQL 7.1.100.370 compatible with SQL Server 2016?

I have Windows Server 2012 R2 and SQL Server 2016. Avamar version is 7.1.100.370.

Are this compatible combination?

I have error:

avsql Error <19498>: Unable to load any of SMO managed DLL files.

avsql Error <15744>: Unable to load SMO managed DLL: ( symbol SMO_New not found)
