I have heard the same. The release notes and admin guide have been updated for SP2 and I think the system state issue in Windows 2008 has been resolved.

SP2 is GA as of today (Tuesday 05/26/2010).
Please contact your local EMC team for more details.

Yes, Exchange 2010 is supported by Avamar SP2.

Thanks.
Release notes says it is supported.
I hope only the clients need to be upgraded (we got SP1) for now.
