Managing Avamar Server space usage

Good afternoon all. I have a Avamar grid running 6.0.1.x and over the past few months, the capacity of my avamar server has increased about 10% or so due to adding new jobs to the grid. There were a few test backups taking up some space but I was interested if there was a way to list or see what backups were done at a specific time and day as i have found some duplicates that  want to remove. I see the duplicates on the "Backup & Restore" screen, then "Select for Restore" from the gui can I just select the back up job and delete it?

From commandline:

mccli backup show --domain=domainname --name=clientname

From GUI:

- Create a new report (Tools/Manage reports) choose desired client or domain, choose Report view to be "Activities"

- Run report and then change From Date: to desired one and press Retrieve.

Delete duplicate backup from Backup Management: Choose the desired backup, right click mouse and Delete Backup.

Be cautious about blindly deleting "duplicate" backups. Backups are recorded by end time not by start time so if a client completes after midnight one backup cycle and before midnight the next, you will have two backups recorded on the same day that were actually two different backup cycles.

Besides that minor caveat, NikoVirta's answer is excellent.
