Megan Cece needs help finding Avamar Systems Admin.

Question

Hello, my name is Megan Cece and I work for CSC. I have been trying to fill several permanent Avamar Systems Administrator positions and am having trouble finding folks that either have at least a few years of experience and would be comfortable dealing with Avamar 100% of the time. I know that these forums are not trypically for this trype of Q and A, but I have been on Dice, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and am coming up short. Any help will be appreciated.
