Move the Client to another Grid - failed

My understanding how this works is the backups only are moved when you initiate the move via client manager without a way to view the process of the movement.  I'm sure there is a process running on the Avamar grid with a log file.  The client doesn't activate automagically to the destination grid after the move is complete.  You may have to do this manually.  If you do it manually check the backup and restore window and see if the client has any backups on the destination grid.  It may have some if you were replicating though.

Are you initiating the move from the source grid?  Is the client still activated with the source grid?

Please stop any backup or restore activities of the client on source grid before the client moving.

And please refer to "Moving clients to a new server" section of Avamar 6.1 Administration Guide on page 460.

Yes, I was doing in the same process. Migrating the backups of the clients from the source grid using Client manager. For many server it is completed and for few server, I am getting this error

Move Failed. Client Scheduled for 24 retries. Invitation failed.

Client Software Could not be contacted
