I enabled manualy, but the same problem again.

Hi,

Looks like you've posted this discussion in the wrong space. This is the Spanish Support Community and although we do answer question on Avamar products, all questions here are in Spanish. I'm moving your discussion to the Avamar Support Forum where I know you're likelier to get an answer.

Hey,

Did you enabled CBT on Avamar GUI?

Please refer to Avamar 7.0 for VMware User Guide and perform the backup again.

Hope this helps!

Hello,

Some times backup may fail even if you have enabled CBT. This issue may occur if you have re-sized disk to larger on your VMs. Were there any changes made to the disk drives of affected clients ?

Regards,

Pawan
