any idea how this can be purchased online ?  It doesnt pull up when you enter dell search (monitors and lithium batteries pop-up).   I've tried contacting dell, spoken or chat or emailed at 5 different people and have bounced to at least 3 departments so far. .  No one seems to be willing to actually sell me a product I want to BUY right now. . ..   It is absolutely amazing how difficult it is to do this. .   Trying to do this online and cant seem to either since the sales channel seems to be futzed up beyond all belief. .. 

EDIT: Someone finally got back to us. . crossing fingers that we can actually acquire this license. . . .. 

Were you able to acquire the license? I am having this issue now.  I thought about creating a new discussion, but I figured I'd check this one first.

FD332, in HBA mode.  Unable to change to RAID without the license. CMC not showing license.  When I try to purchase in digital locker, I am not finding the registration code it's asking for. 
Please help!

Do I understand you purchased the license but cannot find the registration code?

Typically registration code is emailed to you.

Is there a way to retrieve these raid licenses?
