Firmware ISO created with Repo. Man. -- How do I know when everything is done updating?

So I've created an ISO with the Repository Manager. I booted and it seems to be working fine. At the end of the session it says press enter. I do. Then it loads again which appears to be loading the same things again. I've done this about 5 times. Is this normal? And how do I know when its done?
