I would recommend to check CMC logs to see if there is any clue why the health is degraded. Else, you may need to try physical remove and install the iKVM module. I'm unsure if the CMC virtual reseat could do it.
Is CMC firmware up to date? Is iKVM still accessible?
SWU8531: Unable to update the iKVM firmware. The firmware update timeout limit is exceeded. Log Sequence Number:2098 Detailed Description: The firmware update operation is not successful, because the Update process was not completed within the firmware update timeout duration. Recommended Action: Retry the operation.
I attempted to remove and install again, but iKVM continues with the problem.
Is CMC firmware up to date?
Yes, CMC has 6.21 version.
Is iKVM still accessible?
No, the iKVM is unusable, OSCAR does not work.
There exist another method for restore firmware in this KVM or only across CMC?
Thank you very much of your help, I appreciate it.
There is a post here discussing the same issue and some steps to try, if it still fails then (if able) you may try a known good iKVM in the enclosure to see if the iKVM itself is the fault.

Thank you, I executed all steps of this post.
I think that the iKVM lost connection with chassis M1000e, for this reason, it cannot install or update firmware.
Thank you very much.

Hi,
If you would like to try, there is a RACADM command to reset the iKVM via CMC. But I'm unsure that will help you. It resets the iKVM to default.
racadm racresetcfg -m kvm
If the reset it doesn't help the issue, I am definitely thinking the iKVM module is faulty, needing to be replaced.

Hi thanks.
The module was not working, I executed all the commands and reset the cmc configuration, also reset the kvm reboot module and the problem continued.
The solution was to replace the iKVM card, do it and the module is working properly.
Greetings,
