M1000E CMC shows slots a2/b2 as not present
We have just received a new m1000e blade chassis with M6220 in slots a1/a2 and m6348's in b1/b2.
When I connect via the CMC to a1 or b1, I can connect (connect switch-a1). When I do the same for a2/b2 it says that the switch is not present. Looking at the web management interface I can see all four switches, set ip's and connect via the web interface to all of them.
