Searching SOP for M1000e and M600

I was supply new blade server M1000e and M600, my custumer request SOP for that equipment.
I need step by step to shutdown and power up that eqipment. I need help to find all of this.

I'm not sure that I really understand the question. There are lots of resouces here on M1000e chasis and the M600 blades. Perhaps the most popular is the blades cookbook - http://www.delltechcenter.com/page/10G+Blades+Cookbook . I'm not sure what need in terms of a step by step to power up the equpment.
