Accessing Celerra from Windows Mobile 6.1

This is a bit of a longshot but I thought someone else might have had a similar problem.

We've got a user who is trying to access a CIFS server on our Celerra using a mobile device running Windows Mobile 6.1. He is using a Cisco VPN client.

He can access data on standard Windows servers without any problems, they prompt him for his credentials and once they are entered he can browse the shares on the server.

With the Celerra no prompt appears and so it is not possible to see the shares on the CIFS server.

Has anyone else managed to get this sort of setup to work correctly?
