Celerra / Access Based Enumeration
Hi,
Since Win2k3 SP1 it's possible to use Access Based Enumeration, so that user's can see only the files they have access to. All the other files and/or folders will remain hidden.
Is such a feature supported? If yes, how do I enable this? Is this just a Samba thing?
Thanks!

ok. so you do have 5.5
When your CE upgraded your system to 5.5 he should have given you copies of the following CD's:
DART 5.5.x
Tools & Apps
CAVA (if licensed)
ISCSI Utilities (if licensed)
documentation (also available from Powerlink)
Linux ISCSI snap API (not sure if there is an ISO or just the RPM)
I suggest you take one of the ways mentioned by Bill in http://forums.emc.com/forums/thread.jspa?forumID=86&threadID=79768 to CD's that match your release
removed temp. ftp location

Thanks for your support so far. I checked out all the CD's that came with the Celerra and there is an application and tools CD but i can't find the ABE utility on any of the CD's.
Would it be possible for any of you to sent me that utility?
Thanks in advance!!
Rgds,
Martijn.

see "nas_version -l" or "server_version ALL"
ABE was implemented starting in 5.5 - so if you are indeed still running 5.4 the util wont help you
