Actually there was no document like this one. Only Right to Use Certificates for each SW licensed. These certificates mentioned that they were subject to the terms of the End-User SW License; however no End User SW License was enclosed. None of the Celerra OS, Documentation, or Software Tools disks included anything either.

It says EMC Corporation, Software License Agreement a the top. Celerra/CLARiiON would be mentioned in the body of the agrement. Thanks a bunch!

That looks like what I am looking for. Thank you. It doesn't mention Celerra or CLARiiON, DART or FLARE though.
Does this Software agreement cover Celerra/CLARiiON?

it says: "This is EMC's standard click-through and/or shrink-wrap, end-user license agreement (EULA) "
I'm trying to find out more internally
wasnt there a printed software license agreement on the box with the CD's and docs that were delivered with the Celerra ?
