open a ticket with support. They can dial-in and clean up the file system as well as investigate why it's filling up.

First, take a look in /nas/var/emcsupport. Are there support_materials outputs that are old that just haven't been deleted? Does the automaticcollect application keep running and depositing collects for some reason? Are they being generated at regular intervals, or are there just some old ones in there that need to be deleted?

If the automaticcollect utility is running on a regular basis causing collects to queue up in the directory for no apparent reason, please do open a Service Request. If, however, there is just a bunch of old data in there, just clear it out.
