I suspect there is something wrong with the scheduler that you configured. Is there any way to provide more details on the scheduler? If you are using GUI - a screen capture may help us to understand. However, I understand you have defined number of checkpoints as 30.

What code version you are running? May have to check whether any issue with scheduler on that version. Opening a case with Celerra Support will be beneficial as well.

You mentioned exactly the same I was suspecting. Since you want to run the scheduler on every week M-F - the repeat should be set to every 1 week and the number of checkpoints to be retained should be set to 30. So that, the checkpoints are taken every M-F for every week and get stored for 3 weeks (10 copies per week - max 30 copies means 3 weeks).

However, please ensure you are not crossing the maximum number of checkpoint limits on each File system which includes all automatic and manual checkpoints and replication checkpoints for that file system. With 5.6 code - this max number of checkpoint per PFS is 96.

I have another checkpoint schedule. Runs 2 times a day, M-F. I am keeping 12 checkpoints and have it on repeat every 1 week. This one is running fine. I guess this Recurrence on REPEATing Every should be 1 week instead of 3 weeks. Can you shed some light on this field in celerra manager GUI?
