In general a specific DART version supports a range of Flare versions as documented in eLabNavigator and the release notes. Its not uncommon that DART needs to be updated to work with a newer Flare version - in that case DART has to be updated FIRST.
As part of the CCA process this should have been checked and a recommendation made
I agree with Gustavo that even if a DART upgrade isnt strictly necessary its advisory for such an old code. Personally I prefer to have the DART version "younger" than the Flare version

The primus solution you are referring is related to NAS code 5.6, and not 5.5.
NAS code 5.5.29.1 is compatible with flare release 24, so there will be no problem.
But, given this NAS code version is quite old ( from June 2007 ), I would recommend you to upgrade to latest 5.5 ( 5.5.39 ), or preferable to 5.6.
