DIC error in response to nas_cel -interconnect -validate

Anyone know what might be the scoop on this? Everything seems correct, simulators are uniqu"ified" (i.e. MACs, names), interfaces ping each other fine.

I think I remember seeing this. Look at the /nas/site/cshosts file and replace 'localhost' with the hostname of your virtual Celerra.

Thanks Doug - but that's not it. /nas/site/cshosts looks good (correct hostname, correct IP, correct serial number)

OK, I would check time synchronization between the Celerras. TO see how I got mine to (mostly) work, check out this forum post.

Ok - after a LOT of digging - I got this resolved.

First - DIC errors are caused by IP connectivity issues between the datamover (not sure what happened, but I borked basic network connectivity).

Still, once that was done, it STILL had problems (interconnect validate would fail).

Worked with Celerra engineering - and got it to work consistently. See this post for step-by-step instructions.
