How to get Spcollect of Celerra NS-120
Hi,
I'm trying to get Spcollect in one customer who has NS-120. Via Unisphere wasn't possible, and now I tried to collect via Control Station. Executed "get_support_materials" but he doesn't have spcollect inside.
But when execute command ".get_spcollect", received this error said "command not found".
Like picture bellow, how I can generate Spcollect? Someone can help ?

wait for 10 minutes, now time to retrieve the files, list all files on SP
/opt/Navisphere/bin/naviseccli -h 10.235.66.18 managefiles -list
/opt/Navisphere/bin/naviseccli -h 10.235.66.18 managefiles -retrieve

Great Dynamox.
I tried again use ".get_spcollect", but now logon using root user, and it works !!
