NFS filesystem access performance
I have recently created two NFS file system on a Celerra NS120 with the following size nfs1=1.4 TB and nfs2=2.4 TB and mounted them respectively on serv1 and serv2 which run Sun Solaris operating system. While I haven’t noticed any problem in term of access performance from serv1 to nfs1 file system, accessing nfs2 from serv2 takes a long time even for a simple solaris command such as :cd or ls –l
What could be the problem behind that?
