NS40G problem with GPO controlled user profiles

the setup is as this:
user logges on, profile directory is created on a share on celerra through GPO

problem:

when the profile directory is created permissions are not inherited from parent even though it is configured and are set to system and user full access which means noone else but user can get to files, and the only way is to take ownership

When creating directory manually all permissions are setup correctly

My windows admin saying that same setup exists on other servers on celerra and there is no problems

What can i do to troubleshoot this issue?

If you followed this:

http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc757013(WS.10).aspx

You are getting the correct settings.  You can add administrators to the security of the roaming profile directory via GPO.  I don't think this is a Celerra issue - roaming profiles are supposed to be only available to the end-user by design.  The GPO is actually applied to the workstation (or in my case Citrix servers) and the share is just a repository.
