Setting up IP Replication is not really a single command - but is a procedure. As "dynamox" mentioned earlier - please follow the document which has all detailed steps for this procedure.

Got it working using GUI. But there is a trick. If I use existing file system which was newly created and empty it would complain and fail. Once I deleted fs on the destination and told source replication to create fs on the destination, it worked.

have you had an opportunity to read the manual for Celerra replicator, it's titled
"Using Celerra Replicator (V2) 5.6.45 A08"
Here you can find a lot of material that will help you manage your Celerra
Home > Support > Technical Documentation and Advisories > Hardware/Platforms Documentation > Celerra Network Server > Maintenance/Administration

it saves a lot of time for replication
after you have done it once with the GUI you can take a look at /nas/log/cmd_log to see which commands the GUI invoked
