Simple Logging Question in Celerra Manager
We recently upgraded our NAS code to 5.5.38.1. Since that event, I am now seeing "VC" entries under "Status" tab in Celerra Manager. The VC has to do with AntiVirus Scanning. I am just not occustomed to seeing them on this page.
Is this normal with this code update or is there some other issue possibly going on?

Yes you are right - "VC" must be Virus Checker on the data movers - what kind of messages are you getting? Are these informational, warning or error? Is there any issue other issue with the NAS, user access etc?
Also, what was the prior code from where you upgraded to 5.5.38?
You may also consider opening a service request with EMC NAS support team - they may check the box and provide you appropriate explanation/suggestion or resolution.

For some reason I did not get an email on your response.
These are read "x's" which are errors.
No issues with NAS access at all.
The previous version was 5.5.30.5
