Is there any change in the backend CLARiiON configuration? Had you added or deleted any LUNs from Celerra Storage group recently? If so, have you ran server_devconfig commands on all the data movers (including standby mover)?

This issue may happen, when Celerra finds any change in the backend configuration compared to what it expects to see.

However, best option is to open a SR with NAS support.

Thanks,
Sandip

nothing quick in the knowledgebase

I suggest you open a case with EMC customer service and have them take a look

please, if you have an EMC support contract open a service request with EMC customer service

If they can dialin and get the Celerra config plus Clariion SP collects this should be so much easier and quicker
