Unisphere not connecting to Powerlink for downloads
We have installed Unisphere Service manager and we are trying to download the updates for our Celerra NS-120FC. When we launch the wizard and it reaches the final stage we get an error that indicates it cannot talk to Powerlink. The error it throws is:
Could not download file pkg_6.0.36.4_emcnas.tar Requested file is not found. Here are some possible reasons:
The file may have moved
The URL or file name might be misspelled
I have checked the logs and I get this:
JNfxFileContainer.setFileSize()
ERROR: Invalid size: -1
Any thoughts? Is there a specific web site I don't have access to even though I am a customer and have a valid Powerlink ID and password?

Hello,
Not sure if you will be able to download the software directly from Powerlink at this time so that would explain why you may be getting the error. My recommendation is to contact your local service rep. They should be able to assist you in getting the code you need for your upgrade. As a FYI the only version available for Nas 6.0 at this time is 6.0.36.4. Hope this helps.
