Centera compatibilty matrix

Hi, i have a c program using centera api 3.2patch4 to read and write clips from centera. i am working with your lab server (EMEA 3 : 4.0.2-3195-1019-20652 ) and am receiving an error when trying to save new clips: message - Incompatible SDK version (20100 < 30100) i got from the 3.2p4 release notes: The EMC Centera SDK v3.2 patch 4 is compatible with CentraStar version 2.0 SP2 and higher.is this issue documented? is my problem client-server versions compatibilty? how do i know which server versions are compatible?thanks,shahar

Hi Shahar,

I tried couple of write tests with 3.2P4 using EMEA3 but did not get any error. Is your error reproducible? If yes, could you please turn on Centera SDK logging and send the log file to us at CenteraCSE@emc.com?Subject=Centera%20SDK%203.2%20P4%20Incompatibility%20Error%20Using%20EMEA3
