1. that cluster may actually be offline. Try one of the others
2. If the other still can't be connected check that there is not a firewall rule in place that blocks TCP and/or UDP on port 3218. It must be open for both
Thanks for the quick response, Paul. I have tried us3 and us5 as well with the same result. I will hunt down my network guy and see if the port is being blocked by the firewall.

Two possible causes come to mine

This ended up being a firewall issue which got resolved by the network team.
