We had a session with the support team and they said that we should use Centera viewer. In general, we could not resolve our problem. "Old" Centera clusters not be supported anymore according to the support team and you should have an e-mail and pass for authentication. Also, they want a serial number, HelthLog Cluster IP which we used up to now is not working anymore and we could not log into the Centera viewer or maybe because our cluster is not running. If you have a working cluster with IP, name, and user credentials and port maybe you will be able to log into this viewer and see something!
