EMC SourceOneOffline Access unable to retrieve email - office 2003 sp3
Hi
Need some help on EMC Offline access
PC has
XP SP3
Office 2003 SP3
EMC Source One Offline Access version 6.80.4133
When user tries to access her emails she receives a message that the email was unable to be retrieved. cancel/retrieve/continue
she can retrieve using the sourceone web
I have run the test for the servers and it fails.
However, I have users who use the above configuration without error.
We have reinstalled the EMC software as well as deleting the c:\S1cache.
any points ?

Please consider moving this question as-is (no need to recreate) to the proper forum for maximum visibility. Questions written to the users' own "Discussions" space don't get the same amount of attention and questions can go unanswered for a long time.
You can do so by selecting "Move" under ACTIONS along the upper-right. Then search for and select "SourceOne and EmailXtender" which would be the most relevant for this question.
