Hi all,

I have the following issue:

SDK Version 3.1.544

Host OS Vendor:IBM

Host OS: AIX

Host OS Version: 5.3

1. Error message in FileNet NLS_Archive log:

  • SDS Error(204) No Error

- Can't write from stream 0x302C427872A40600 - Document 1780422

  • SDS-device IO error

i.e. Could not commit document to CSAR

2. Error messages in EMC SDK log:

1214290448707 2008-06-24 06:54:08.707 1 Attempting to load MD5 lib: "libFPMD5_Lib32.a"

1214290448708 2008-06-24 06:54:08.708 1 MD5 lib not found! Using internal MD5 algorith instead.

i.e. missing library problem

Also

1214537800677 2008-06-27 03:36:40.677 1 In 'FPAPI.cpp' at line 1680: Exception

error=-10002

syserror=0

message=

trace=No trace available

ClipIDs are not in the correct format, i.e. the 14th character should be an "e" not "u"as shown below:

B4J66K1RPO66Vu4P556OOCRM95T

2HG17UJGH8VHNu6T55RSQDQAHRK

3VGLE04DR4C7Hu5FMO40USTUTCP

Tested random files using Centera Verfiy, all read/write are successful, no error reported.

Veritifed the Centera Clip id and blob id are generated by 'e' an 'x' but not 'u' by using C-clip browser.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Regards,

Stephen
