TopTag Name Change and/or Copy

Hi all -

I have a clip where there is one tag in which a blob, or at least the reference to it, is stored.  I would like to rename the tag, if possible, without having to "re-blob" and duplicate storage of the blob.  I don't see a nice way to do this as you can with the clip name.  I though of copying the top tag with blob content and trying to make it a sibling of the parent, but the constructor in the javadoc implies that if you copy a tag, it has to be the child of another tag, either in the current clip or another clip in the cluster.  Has anyone else tackled this situation?
