By the way, I found related information about this issue:

0x801 - A SCSI operation failed and needed to be retried. The error indicates that the retry succeeded.

I also received following ext. codes:
Ext Code1: 0x0
Ext Code2: 0x2A

What should I do?

Begin by looking at Knowledgebase article emc71072 ("What is the meaning of CLARiiON soft and hard SCSI and media errors with extended status codes?") The article is customer-viewable and can be opened from Powerlink.

I had already read this emc71072 article. Here is the our received ext.codes explain:

0x2A - Bad transfer count. The drive transferred a different amount of data than was requested.

What should I do the related information? How can I prevent "Soft SCSI bus error" messages from appearing in the log?

If there are a lot of these errors, you can try to see if they are coming from some single point - say disks all on bus 1 enclosure 2 - then you probably need to have someone from service review the logs to see if you have problem on that enclosure or maybe one of the disks.

If it's just a couple of errors, say less than 20 a week, you can probably ignore them, if more, I'd recommend opening a case with support.
