Access using cli vs GUI

Hey Guys,

New here, new to cx4-120 that my firm bought and which I have to manage.

Is it better to use CLI or the web based gui? I am quite good at Linux so please advice.

Thanks

RJ

Since you are just starting out, i would use the GUI.  the CLI commands to do things can be quite long and it is much easier to just click a few buttons in the GUI.

That is my opinion:)

for casual provisioning ..GUI, for automating local/remote replication, performance gathering ..CLI

i think the GUI is a good place to start but once you are familar with things then repetative tasks are best done by cli.
