The process is fairly straightforward and the NST is the eaisiest way to get the guidance you need for performing the process. It will prompt you when to connect the DAE cables to the new enclosures.

You should rack the DAEs ahead of time and power them up to ensure there are no failed disks due to shipping. Also you will need to plan out which address you will need to set each enclosure to.

So i belive i have to do it like this

1.Power on the DAE first

2.Check the HDD are Ok

3.Select the enclosure address

4 Run the NST

5.connect the backend fibre when the NST asks for it.
