Array Templates
I am trying to set up Array Templates and I have different versions of flare throught my environement. I have found a white paper on event codes, 300-005-574.pdf, but its for flare 24. It contains event codes with check mark by them that EMC recommends checking. I opened a case with EMC and there is no white paper for flare 26, 28, 29? Is there a place that I can download a template with the proper checks in place for monitoring that version of flare. Right now when I create a New Template through Navisphere I get an empty template with no predefined checks setup for me.

What version of ClarAlert are you running? You should be using the latest version (R29) to manage all of your arrays assuming that you meet the following requirements with the other arrays in your managed environment:
FLARE version 02.19 or higher for CX series storage systems
FLARE version 03.22 or higher for CX3 series storage systems
FLARE version 04.28 or higher for CX4 series storage systems
The latest version of the dialhome template will have all of the required predefined events checked.
