We recently had a scheduled power outage and had to shutdown our NS-80. The command to shutdown the control station was entered and a message stated that the system was going to "HALT NOW"; however the control station didn't seem to power all the way down; at this point we held down the power button to shut the control station down. After shutting everything else down properly and bringing everything back up after the powerout, we can no longer ping or communicate with the control station. Everything else is working fine and all of the lights on the control station are on, we just can't talk to it. We normally manage the control station through the Celerra Manager http interface or use putty to access the command interface, but no success there either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
