Clariion Procedure Generator

Who knows where EMC has buried the Clariion Procedure Generator? I am an EMC Velocity Partner and I've searched high and low and apparently the Procedure Generator has been removed or hidden. Can anyone help me either locate the Procedure Generator or enlighten me of it's disappearance?
