Connectivity Issue setting up SAN Copy session

Question

I'm attempting to create my first full SAN Copy session but, when I verify connections, it gives me a message that my source LUN is not accessible.
"The following logical units are not accessible:.."

I've gone through the documentation and everything appears to be set up properly. Obviously I'm missing something though...Can anyone point me in the right direction?

on CX500 ..do you see your CX600 WWNs in the connectivity status. Have those WWNs been registered and added to the Storage group where the destination LUNs reside ?

are you going from Clariion to DMX or another Clariion ?

Sorry, I didn't provide enough information. I'm going from a Clariion CX600 (source) to a Clariion CX500. The CX500 is at a remote location.Message was edited by: thegymrat
