Hello zj0328,

What you want to do first is to reseat the SPS cable on SPS A first to see if it was loose.  If you happen to have a spare SPS cable, then you can also try swapping the cable.  When you look at the SPS does it have an amber light or is it green?  If you don’t have either SPS working and you lose power your CX700 can’t save the data that was active on the SP’s.
