No there is no option like do not send alert. Moreover, Storage Pool percent full alert threshold the maximum percentage is 84. So it won't allow you to apply the setting if you enter an integer above 84 and below 1.
However, I believe as a work around you may modify the template and uncheck the alert code, but it will disable the alert for all the Storage Pools. Personally, I would not recommend that.

Can you specify the exact error/alert you are referring to?

i mean the pool capacity threashold which can be set through pool properties. Only xx% can be set, but no option like "do not send alert".
