EMC Parts Compatability Database website
Hey, my first post here so hi!
Up until about a month ago i used to use the EMC Parts Compatibility website, https://alliance.emc.com/PCDPartners/pl.asp .
However it now seems to be down permanently, i understand that the EMC support website has changed recently, can anyone confirm if this information is still available and help guide me to it please?

It is unavailable due to maintenance. As a temporary solution, You can download a full copy of the parts list from Powerlink.

Hi,
As per my knowledge, EMC Parts Compatibility Database website is only for EMC employees and partners, I guess customers so not have access for this..

Why would they take that away? Is this temporary? It was an incredibly useful tool to the end-user
Is there another way to determine parts compatibility now other than calling EMC?
