EMC2 Clariion
I'm working with a group with little documentation and need to get into the EMC2 to look at configuration. I see remnants of Navisphere but nothing installed (GUI) and none of the old links work.
Looking for instructions on how to get into this SAN and find the model number as well.
Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

If by EMC2, you're actually talking about the new VNX2 - the Next Generation VNX, then you should go to emc.support.emc/products and do a search for VNX. The new models are the 5400, 5600, 5800, 7600 and 8000. There is a lot of documentation about the new VNX2 available.

If you already have its IP address, admin account and password, you can point your broswer to its IP then log into the storage to get what you want.
If you lost either the IP or the admin account, you have to use a serial cable and establish a PPP connection to its COM port to find IP and create a new admin account. If you are using Windows 7, you have to create a COM port modem first, please refer to https://community.emc.com/message/574428#574428.
